Location data (GPS): Precise location is captured at the time a staff member submits a lead or visit report, to record where the visit took place.
Photos / Camera: Photos taken by staff (e.g. of a customer location or product) to attach to a lead or visit report.
Customer / lead details: Information such as customer name and mobile number that staff enter while creating a lead.
Account information: Staff login username and related profile details used to access the App.
Basic device information: Standard technical data needed for the App to function correctly.

3. App Permissions & Why We Need Them

Location (Precise & Approximate): Used only when a staff member submits a lead or visit report, to attach the current visit location. The App does not track location continuously in the background.

Camera: Used to let staff capture photos to attach to a lead or report.

Storage / Photos & Media: Used to select or save photos related to a lead.

Internet / Network: Required to load the App and securely send data to our servers.

4. How We Use the Information

To create and manage customer leads and visit reports.
To record the location and photo of a field visit for verification and follow-up.
To improve our sales, service, and operational workflow.
To maintain the security and proper functioning of the App.

5. How Information Is Shared

Map & geocoding services (such as Google Maps / OpenStreetMap-based services) to convert GPS coordinates into a readable address.

These services process location coordinates only to return an address and are governed by their own privacy policies.
